Building Access - Monday - Friday 7AM-6PM. Saturday & Sunday - Closed. Entrances are located at the surface parking lot and basement garage elevator lobby.

Parking

Parking includes a basement level garage under the building with three entrances, and surface level parking. There are visitor parking spaces on the surface level and in the garage by the elevator lobby. Handicap spaces are also located on both surface and garage levels.

Conference rooms are available at the South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center. Please contact the Resort at 281-334-1000 for rates.

This building features 2 elevators that service the garage level and all building floors.

Stairs

Marina Plaza has interior stairwells on the east and west end of the hallways.

Smoking Policy

By law there is no smoking inside the building, in stairwells, or within 25 feet of entrance doorways. There is a designated smoking area in the basement garage.

Mail Room

The mail room and vending area are located on the 1st floor off of the front lobby.

Flag/Pole

The South Shore Office Complex features both an American and Texas flag at the front entrance of the property.
